Hollywood Hills Neighborhoods

The neighborhoods that comprise the Hollywood Hills are: Mulholland Corridor, Laurel Canyon, Sunset Strip, Mt. Olympus, Nichols Canyon, Wattles Park, Outpost Estates, Hollywood Heights, Whitely Heights, Universal Hills, Hollywood Manor, Lake Hollywood Estates, Hollywood Knolls, Vine Hills and the Hollywood Dell, Hollywoodland, Beachwood Canyon, Bronson Canyon, Hollywood Oasis, The Oaks, and Los Feliz.

Mullholland Corridor: From Laurel Canyon Blvd, Mulholland Dr. and Woodrow Wilson Dr. on the West to Woodrow Wilson South, Mullholand Dr. and Cahuenga Blvd West on the East.

Laurel Canyon: This neighborhood lies South of the Mulholland Corridor. Per the Laurel Canyon Association, its boundaries are: Laurel Canyon Blvd on the east, Mulholland Drive on the north, and the crest of the mountain ridge on the south and west, plus the area of Sunset Plaza north of Sunset Boulevard. It includes the Kirkwood bowl, the smaller canyons of Stanley Hills, Lookout Mountain and Wonderland, and the southwest face of the Santa Monica Mountains accessed by Sunset Plaza Drive.

Sunset Strip: South of Laurel Canyon Neighborhood. From Doheny Dr. and Sunset Blvd. on the West, to Laurel Canyon Blvd. & Sunset Blvd on the East.

Mt. Olympus: Bounded by Laurel Canyon Blvd. on the West, Hollywood Blvd. to the South, Nichols Canyon Rd. to the East and Willow Glen Rd. to the North.

Nichols Canyon: from Nichols Canyon and Hollywood Blvd to Laurel Canyon and Hollywood Blvd north to Mulholland,

Wattles Park: from Curson Ave. on the East, La Brea Ave. on the West, Franklin Ave. to the North and Hollywood Blvd. to the South.

Outpost Estates: From La Brea Ave on the East to Outpost Dr. on the West, from Franklin Ave. to the South, all the way north to Mulholland Dr.

Hollywood Heights: from Sycamore Ave. and Franklin Ave. on the West to Highland Ave. and Franklin Ave. on the East.

Whitley Heights: From Highland Ave. and Franklin Ave. on the West to Cahuenga Blvd. and Franklin Ave. on the East.

Universal Hills: from Lankershim and Ventura to Bennett and Cahuenga West south

Hollywood Manor: from Barham and De Witt to Blair and Universal Studios east,

Lake Hollywood Estates: From Lake Hollywood & Tahoe to Canyon Lake & Innsdale south,

Hollywood Knolls: Cahuenga West & Barham to Lake Hollywood & North Knoll south.

Vine Hills and the Hollywood Dell: from Franklin and Vine Street to Cahuenga and Franklin north.

Hollywoodland: Belden and Beachwood north on the east to Hollyridge on the west to Durand.

Beachwood Canyon: from Beachwood and Franklin to Vine Street and Franklin north.

Bronson Canyon: from Bronson and Franklin to Beachwood and Franklin north

Hollywood Oasis: from Foothill and Briarcliff north to Tuxedo Terrace and Canyon

Los Feliz Oaks, a.ka. "The Oaks": from Fern Dell & Los Feliz to Canyon & Franklin north.

Los Feliz: from Griffith Park and Los Feliz to Western and Los Feliz north.
